How to share calendar?

You can share your calendar so that your colleague could see your appointments and organize meetings at your free time.

Note: Sharing is possible only between users in the same system.

  1. Select the folder you want to share, right-click it .

  2. In the Share Folder dialog, select users you want to share the folder to.

    Tip: Use the Address Book icon to search for contacts.

  3. In the Select Contacts dialog, add desired accounts to the Selected field.

  4. In the next dialog window, set up the rights for each user under the Permissions drop-down menu.

    Overview of applicable user rights .

    • Read: Right only to read items in the folder.

    • Write: Right to create, write and edit all items in the folder

    • Author: Right to Read, Write and Delete folder and Read, Write, Modify and Delete items in the folder.

    • Full: Right to Read, Write and Delete folder and Read, Write, Modify and Delete items in the folder.

    • All: Right to Read, Write Delete and Own folder and Read, Write, Modify and Delete items in the folder.
